To fulfil its constitutional obligations (Article 141 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo) and legal obligations (Law No. 04/L-044), the Independent Media Commission issues secondary legislation (bylaws) regulating broadcasting and audiovisual media services, in accordance with international standards.
