“Our role is to protect and to promote the interests of Kosovo's private broadcasters.”
The Association of Independent Broadcast Media of Kosovo represents the interests of the leading commercial broadcasters in Kosovo.
We engage with the institutions to achieve a balanced and appropriate regulatory framework which will encourage further investment and growth in our sector.
AMPEK is committed to creating an adequate legal framework for independent media and is always engaged in the development and implementation of laws concerning media — a first step towards equal broadcasting opportunities and freedom of media.

Twelve journalists and editors from local and national media took part in a two-day AMPEK training in Peja on reporting safely and professionally from protests, public gatherings and other high-risk situations.
